As a physician entrepreneur in Taiwan healthcare business, Dr. Chi established the teleradiology firm (RadEx) in 2007 and the breast imaging center (Raphael Clinic) for breast cancer screening in 2010. Since then, Dr. Chi is continually providing teleradiology, telemammography, 2nd opinion, and medical consultation and radcloud services for the Taiwan healthcare market.
